For over 10 years, we focused our efforts on eco-friendly practices, like offsetting our carbon footprint and planting two trees for each one used in the construction of our wooden games. We are incredibly proud of the work we have done to make the earth a better place, and the trees planted during these initiatives will continue to benefit the planet for hundreds of years to come.
Recently, we have shifted our efforts towards initiatives that will impact children and communities on a more local level. It is our hope that these actions, albeit smaller in scale, will directly benefit children while also promoting the value of play. Our ongoing efforts include creating partnerships that allow us to donate our games to schools, libraries, and disaster relief organizations. We also sponsor local game nights, meet-ups, and special events across the country.
In our local community, we reach 1,000 kids every summer through “play days” at dozens of summer camps, and have hopes to expand this program. Our goal is to bring joy to as many people as possible by providing access and opportunity to play!
